The SkateFarm is located at 1438 Union School Road SW in Floyd, VA, and is one hour’s drive from Roanoke Airport (ROA), 1.75 hours from Greensboro (GSO), and 2.25 hours from Charlotte (CLT). Normally Skate Farmers are responsible for their own ride to the Farm, though occasionally airport pickups can be arranged.

Skate your heart out during the day and sleep like a baby at night. The SkateFarm house provides a bed with linens and towels for your stay. We do our best to provide couples who sign up early a private room.

Climate

Floyd’s average daytime high in June is 80 degrees, going down to 56 at night. Unbelievably, we have no mosquitoes at the SkateFarm!
